Abongile Tembane – Coach (Eastern Cape Program)

“Coaching Conservation is a great initiative, it gives Coaches an opportunity to introduce to children wildlife, to teach them about wild animals and their roles in the wild, their behavioral skills, and also how to protect them and their environment from being destroyed. Coaching Conservation combines all of that into soccer games where children have to act like an animal on the field. It has taught me to respect myself, others, animals, and also to respect my environment as well. Working with kids is a fun experience. Kids are open to learning and that’s what I like about working with kids. Thank you!”
